    Meanwhile, placements at PEC have fared better compared to other engineering colleges.

    Though the process has taken some time, almost all students have been placed, as against the University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) at Panjab University where only 75 per cent of the students have received job offers. Meanwhile, placements at periphery colleges affiliated to the Punjab Technical University have also been only around 50 per cent.
