The GUNVL has already paid revised salary from June 2009. The arrears from 2006 till date will be paid in installments. The first installment of 15 months will be paid by the end of July.
As per a new agreement signed between the associations and the GUVNL management, the allowance of employees has been hiked by 1 per cent.
The net pay, which was reduced in the revised deal has also been restored up to 75 per cent. The incentive scheme, in which the employee contribution was 4 per cent against the company contribution of 2 per cent, has been levelled (4 per cent each from both).
