Badly in need of a hit after a string of flops, actress Rani Mukherji is leaving no stone unturned to promote her latest film 'Dil Bole Hadippa'.
The actress who faced flak from film critics after her last film 'Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic' failed to create any magic at the box, gave her last hit in 2005 with 'Bunty Aur Babli.
After which she delivered box office duds like 'Ta Ra Rum Pum', 'Laaga Chunari Mein Daag' and 'Saawariya'.
But with 'Dil Bole Hadippa', Rani is determined to churn out a hit and has been on a whirlwind promotional tour to Toronto, London, Mumbai and Delhi.
At an event in the capital, Shahid, who is still basking in the glory of his successful venture 'Kaminey', seemed more than happy to talk about his Vishal Bardwaj's hit but it did not go down too well with Rani.
The 31-year-old actress made no qualms about making it clear to Shahid that they were at the event to exclusively promote 'Dil Bole Hadippa'.
If Shahid talked about 'Kaminey' or anything apart from the Yashraj's film, Rani would shout 'Hadippa' giving a wake-up call to the actor.
"Everytime I am too excited my heart goes Hadippa. I can't stop myself from shouting the name," the actress explained.
The film is about a village girl, who disguises herself as a man to get selected in a cricket team.
