After harem pants, it is harem dresses that have caught the fancy of many designers. Renu Tandon does the whole Arabian look by teaming a layered harem dress with harem pants, while Mandira Wirk adds a Western touch by adding harem layers to a fitted, metallic dress.
“Just like harem pants, harem dresses give a casual, relaxed look,” says designer Siddharth Tytler. “Satin and silk give a luxurious look to harem dresses,” he adds. If the Arabic look is not for you, you could wear a fitted dress with harem layers in the front.
