  • Global yoga experiment
A simple global experiment involving people from all over the globe is proposed to be held on September 20, which will not only validate this fact but will also result in many astonishing personal experiences. It is not going to cost the participants anything. In this yoga rooted experiment, participants are to only follow the simple steps as mentioned below: On September 20, from 6.28 am to 6.49 am, wherever you are, follow these simple steps, says Anand Kulkarni, Coordinator, L.T.S.M. Mahayoga Trust:- Sit in any comfortable position. Relax the body to the maximum, as if the body is not there. Close the eyes calmly, with deep devotion to Almighty. As soon as eyes are closed, a wave of Prana Shakti, the life current will rise up and up from the base of the backbone to the top of the brain. Allow automatic breathing to take place. Keeping eyes closed, simply follow the automatic incoming and outgoing of air. By simply following the automatic breathing, the mind soon merges into its higher aspect, Prana, paving the way to self purification.
