  • The sessions court on Monday deferred hearing on the revision application filed by CID (Crime) seeking permission to conduct narco-analysis tests on DIG D G Vanjhara, SP Rajkumar Pandian, Rajasthan SP Dinesh MN and three others—Ajay Parmar, Santram Sharma and NH Dabhi—accused in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case.

The hearing has been put off to August 30. The metropolitan court had earlier rejected the application filed by CID (Crime) seeking permission to conduct narco-analysis tests on the accused after which the agency filed a revision application in the sessions court in June.
