Fortunately, this is a question of rights — fundamental rights in the Constitution clearly prohibit sex-based discrimination — and the domain of the courts. SexualityBy: K Sanjiv | 02-Oct-2008 Reply | Forward It is about time we moved forward from our own Victorian era. Homosexuality is a reality whether some pathetic politicians accept it or not. Next we will start teaching in schools that Adam and Eve started the human race! The government must immediately decriminalise homosexuality. I disagreed with Mr. Ramadoss in the AIIMS controversy but on this occasion he has my vote.
Criminalisation of lifeBy: Pradeep Maheshwari | 02-Oct-2008 Reply | Forward Not only on this subject, but on every subject where the personal lives of citizens are concerened, the governement has shown only a dismal narrowminded attitude as if people cannot think for themselves and therefore the govt has to step in. The criminalisation of many activities has only given the police more private income and harrassment to the public. Resentment is also growing in geometrical progression. This anger then boils down to unsavory unsocial acts and misguided behavior. Somehow goodsense is not seen in our governing people's thinking. It is based on personal prejudices which are out of date
