Gay activists celebrate after the Delhi High Court decriminalised homosexuality, outside the court in New Delhi.

"Sexual transmission is only one of the several factors for the spread of HIV and the disease spreads through both homosexual as well as heterosexual conduct. There is no scientific study or research work to show any causal connection existing between decriminalisation of homosexuality and the spread of HIV/AIDS," the Court said.

Only a select class of our society is gayBy: Kalidas M | 06-Jul-2009 Reply | Forward Have you noticed this bloody gayism has followers in only a select class of our society? It is more disturbing to me, like a clinker hidden somewhere down my sleeve of which I had not so far been fully aware; we trusted these people to guide us (??? !!!)through our struggle in life. If some one has the access (and good intent) to their names and working out the stats, I swear, we are going to have jolt of our lives! The very typical faces in the news, the supporter groups and individuals - the whole lot, I mean, belongs to a certain privileged section of our society. There is another one of the infamous CHHAKKAS, mostly thrown in to the pyre for no fault of theirs, but these ones are willing and consenting types who are the worst. What was our fault me lord, that we have to see these days? What caused you to deviate like this, too much of everything, perhaps? Or should we have made you struggle a bit more in life? In 1970s it was drug addiction, now this - far worse. Incredible indeed.
The Judge is Not the GOD.By: DEV | 04-Jul-2009 Reply | Forward This is really a disgusting and abominable act. People who are suffering from this abnormal problem, they should immediately consult a psychological doctor. May God help them get cured and lead a healthy life. The high court judge may support this but not the society. Hey Gays I feel sorry for you.
Gay Ho :-)By: karan | 03-Jul-2009 Reply | Forward I am so happy, I am so happy, i am so happy for all the people living in India. For the homosexuals who have no other option than just thinking of suicide because they are not accepted in the soceity. For the elderly people who have been living life in hell all these years because of the discriminating law. I hope that Indian government start educating kids in the school that homosexuality is not a disease. With tears of happiness in my eyes..... God Bless everybody
