The law and order situation has also improved a lot in these years and could be said up to the mark in comparison to other metropolitan cities. Yes, Hyderabad is a conservative city, no doubt, but its outlook is certainly modern in its approach making it one of the truly cosmopolitan cities of the country.

Oh yes, the former Chief Minister Mr. N Chandra Babu Naidu did a wonderful job because it was he who started the real movement for the development of the IT sector in Hyderabad. The start given by him is such that if the succeeding governments do well on their part, they can certainly achieve great strides in the field of IT.

By nature, Hyderabad is very hospitable, which I guess gives it an edge over Bangalore. The prevalent culture is such that it imbibes all the changes that happen with time with a prompt readiness which is one reason why people from all the countries of the world are ready to establish their base in Hyderabad.

Weather conditions of this city are such that they are never harsh except for a small period of April and May. Otherwise living here (In Hyderabad) it is a pleasant and memorable experience to cherish in one's life.

I don't feel as you say that Hyderabad is having an added advantage of more Hindi speaking population when compared to Bangalore. I believe people in Bangalore also speak a fair amount of Hindi and on this parameter both the cities more or less share the common platform.
