Enjoy sizzling barbecue at Fire n Grill

Food lovers can now enjoy hot delights at Fire ‘n’ Grill- Sector 6, Panchkula. This is the food joint’s second branch after Sector 10, Chandigarh, popular amongst those who frequent the ‘gerhi route’. Offering ‘ribs on the run’, barbecue chicken, kebabs and fish delicacies are the highlights of the menu.

Talking about the high points of their cooking techniques, Jain tells, “We do not freeze, shrink-wrap, pre-package, dehydrate or process our food. Only lean protein, seasonal vegetables, fresh chicken, meats and whole fruits are used. This way customers can expect optimal taste, natural texture and greater nutritional benefit.”

Open from 11am to midnight, the food joint has a seating arrangement for 20 in the basement. The decor has been done matching the forest theme. To give the place a sense of space, mirrors have been added that look like windows and doors! Coloured lighting, that has the option of dimmers, also adds to the dramatic mood.
