A list of 25 most wanted along with a list of 257 Pakistani nationals and foreign mercenaries killed in J&K as claimed by Pak-based terror outfits. Details of 21 terror modules busted in India were also shared besides list of 31 communication control stations in Pakistan and PoK.

With all this record and the rich body of evidence from the Mumbai attacks, India has made a five-point demand: hand over conspirators to face justice in India, hand over fugitives from Indian law based in Pakistan, dismantle infrastructure of terror, prevent terrorist acts from Pakistan and adhere to and implement bilateral, multilateral and international commitments.

Hours before Mumbai attack.......By: Subbu | 07-Jan-2009 Reply | Forward Helo, you give the list of the terrorists to be handed over to India from Pakistan, but what are you doing or what have you done with the terrorists you had with you? Many leading terrorists were let travel freely to other countries inadvertantly or knowingly. What your police is doing? It is said that most of the terrorists have passports and licenses and what not, in different names issued from our country. For a genuine poor man to get a license or passport address proof is a problem? Tighten your belt. That is the first and best way
