  • Meanwhile, the Hyderabad Police have also decided to again question Rizwan Ghazi, a 23-year-old Bangladeshi national, already in judicial custody on various charges including illegal stay, using fake documents to gain an Indian identity and waging war against the country.

Though Ghazi was initially labelled a key link to the investigations in the bomb blast cases of May 18 and August 25, the Hyderabad Police did not connect him to the blasts when they produced him in court on September 21.

Police sources said they intend to take him into police custody to interrogate him regarding the whereabouts and antecedents of two people, Masiluddin, 23, and Hussaini, 18, who lived in his room during the period of the blasts but later disappeared.

Ghazi and his sister Shafia Rafsanjani are in judicial custody on charges of illegal stay in the country. Ghazi was originally remanded to judicial custody till October 5 on September 21.
