
Tell us about your daily diet.
I begin my day with milk, fruits and almonds. Lunch is usual home-cooked dal and roti. Dinner is once again the routine stuff. I can’t stand spice—bland food is fine by me.
What’s your exercise routine?
I hit the gym every alternate day and go for cardio exercise twice a week.
Is there anything you binge on?
Chocolates.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Authentic Indian food.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
To lose, I would sweat it out and to gain will go on a carbohydrate and protein-rich diet.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I’ve never tried one.
What is your idea of health?
Eat well and work it all out.
