U.P state has more than 80 districts and govt. must do best to provide employment in backward district.same things had been done by the Lalu Yadav to make rail factory in Bihar in his vote bank district. Similarly vilsahrao Deshmukh has done same thing in latur and Sharad Pawar in Baramati to fulfill wishes of his voters. other district are still backward in maharashtra.
