  • Tell us about your daily diet.
Water is the most essential food for me. I wake up to a cup of coffee with some almonds and walnuts. Breakfast is skimmed milk with whole-wheat cereals, dry fruits and half a banana. I am a vegetarian, so lunch is brown rice, barn rotis, curd and vegetables. I snack some biscuits with coffee in the evening and dinner is essentially a low carb meal with lots of pastas and salads.

    What's your exercise routine?
I do cardio and weights every alternate day.
Is there anything you binge on?
I have weakness for Maggie noodles.

What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
A balanced diet and exercise can help achieve both.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Sundays is the day I indulge and rest of the week I maintain my routine.
