    MUGHDA GODSE, ACTOR
Tell us about your daily diet
For breakfast I drink milk along with a few almonds and fruit. Lunch is dal, sabzi, roti, soup or salad. I try to keep it light. In the evening I eat some fruit or drink a glass of juice. Dinner is two rotis, rice and any sabzi. I always carry a cereal bar with me in case I feel hungry.

    What’s your exercise routine?
I do pilates three times a week with my trainer. I also go to the gym for cardio and weight training.

    What’s your favourite food?
Anything that tastes good. I’m not very fussy about food.
Is there anything you binge on?
    Fruits and chocolates.

What do you do if you have to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I personally never had a problem of putting on weight. However, I like a toned body and always work on that.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Always, but my normal diet is pretty balanced so I don’t have to bother about that.
    What’s your idea of health?
Long walks, feeling energetic throughout the day, swimming.
