
Tell us about tour daily diet.
My day begins with a glass of milk and boiled egg whites. Then, I have protein shake during my training. Breakfast includes fruits, corn flakes and fruit juice. Lunch is rice, chapatti, dal and chicken. Dinner is chicken soup followed by chapatti with dal and a vegetable. I also have dry fruits and fresh juice between meals. I make sure to have four to five litres of water every day.
What is your exercise routine?
I practice yoga for 45 minutes daily, after which I go for my training.
What do you binge on?
Ice-creams, specially hot chocolate fudge.
What is your favourite cuisine?
Chinese.
What would you do if you have to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I had to lose weight before IPL, I did that by swimming and cardio-workouts along with controlling my diet.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Many. I try to stick to my regular diet though as it affects my performance on the field.
What is your idea of perfect health?
The ability to carry out one’s daily activities sans physical or mental tiredness. I firmly believe that health is wealth.
