Breakfast is usually eggs, sausages and milk. I prefer the first meal of the day to be rich in proteins. For lunch and dinner, I prefer cereals and chicken. However, I avoid rice or bread at night.
What’s your exercise routine?
I exercise for one hour everyday. Earlier I used to gym a lot but these days I am working on specifics.
Is there anything you binge on?
All kinds of sweets, especially chocolates.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Thai and regional Karwari food.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I don’t have to make an effort to lose or gain weight.

I am usually particular about my diet.
