I have an offer from Man United: De Gea

Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea is visiting Manchester United and is set to receive an offer from the English champions.

The Atletico Madrid goalkeeper wrote on his official Twitter account on Tuesday: I have been invited by MANU to see the club and the city with my family and to be given an offer. The 20-year-old De Gea was pictured entering a medical facility in Manchester by the Daily Mail newspaper on Monday.

De Gea is one of Europes most promising goalkeepers. United manager Alex Ferguson earmarked him last month to replace the retired Edwin van der Sar.

The Spain Under-21 player helped Atletico to Europa League and European Supercup victories last season and a seventh-place league finish this season.
