Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is usually some fruit or toast. Lunch is regular home food—dal, roti, rice and sabzi. Dinner is the same, although I try to eat less carbs at night. Every weekend, I don’t follow a fixed diet and eat whatever I feel like eating.
What’s your exercise routine?
There is no fixed routine. I hit the gym whenever I can.
What’s your favourite food?
Anything that is prepared well.
Is there anything you binge on?
Dark chocolates.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I would never want to put on weight but if I had to lose it, I’d probably exercise more and follow a healthy diet.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I’ve never tried to stick to one.
What is your idea of health?
Being happy on the inside and looking healthy.u
