    MANISH PAUL, ACTOR

Tell us about your daily diet
When I’m not shooting, I start my day with a cup of warm water with aloe vera juice followed by a cup of tea. Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs with one chapati and a glass of carrot juice. I like to eat every two hours. At noon, I have a bowl of sprouts and for lunch, I have a bowl of dal, seasonal vegetable, three chapatis and a glass of buttermilk. In the evening, I have a cup of green tea and some protein shake after my workout. Dinner is a bowl of soup or dalia or only salad and dal.

    What’s your exercise routine?
I generally work out for an hour six days a week. I do weight training with cardio on alternate days.

Is there anything you binge on?
    Gujarati Kadi.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
If I had to lose weight, I would run. I don’t have to do anything to put on weight.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I generally stick to my diet. It is only when I’m shooting late nights that I tend to starve.

What is your idea of health?
Eating light and avoiding late-night meals.
