Tell us about your daily diet
My day starts with a cup of tea followed by a breakfast that is anything healthy and heavy like aloo parantha, oatmeal or egg and toast. My lunch and dinner basically consist of chapattis, vegetable, dal, salad and curd with the dinner being lighter than lunch. I eat anything that doesn’t damage my body.
What is your exercise routine?
I don’t have any fixed exercise routine, although I used to workout earlier. Ever since I started to perform for television shows and live events, the rehearsals play a big part of my exercise. I love swimming and also play volleyball sometime.
Is there anything you binge upon?
Yes. Whatever I feel like and whenever I feel like.
What is your favourite cuisine?
Pure Indian home-cooked food.
What would you do if you have to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
To lose weight, I would opt for a workout and dance while restricting my diet.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
So many times that I don’t even plan to stick to one anymore.
What is your idea of perfect health?
Health to me is, happy mind, happy body and thus, a happy soul.
