
Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my day with a cup of strong coffee followed by museli and milk. I love to snack a fruit before lunch, which is usually pulses and chapatti. I go for a protein shake in the evening. Dinner, which follows a workout, is the heaviest.
What’s your exercise routine?
I train on and off. But I end up gyming at least five days a week.
Is there anything you binge on?
Sweets.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Chinese and Thai.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I would alter my meals and workout accordingly.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Many times.
What is your idea of health?
I think good health is all about your mental state. The more relaxed you are, the healthier will be your body’s response.
