Tell us about your daily diet.
I don’t follow a fixed diet. I eat dal, roti, sabzi, rice and salad for lunch and dinner. I also munch on fruit and nuts whenever I feel like it.
What’s your exercise routine?
I work out at the gym for 45 minutes every day.
What’s your favourite food?
Anything that tastes good.
Is there anything you binge on?
Not really.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I’d watch my diet closely and exercise.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
More than once.
