‘I practice yoga every alternate day’

    Breakfast is light, usually papaya or melons. Lunch is a lot of vegetables, two rotis and curd with an occasional pasta. Dinner is home-cooked food.

    What's your exercise routine?
    I practice yoga every alternate day.
    What's your favourite cuisine?
    Italian and Chinese.

    Is there anything you binge on?
    Not really.
    What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
    Consult a good dietician and a trainer in both cases.

    How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
    A few times, but I usually make up for it by working out.
    What’s your idea of health?
    Physical fitness and mental peace.
