My breakfast is usually muesli with cold milk. I prefer simple dal, roti and sabzi for lunch with a portion of egg white. I go for a chutney or vegetable sandwich and fruits in the evening. Dinner is a simple, less oily meal.

    What’s your exercise routine?
I make sure that I go for cardio at least twice a week. The remaining workout is as per my schedule.
    What’s your favourite food?
Authentic north Indian food including Punjabi curry, rajma-chawl and baigan bharta.
Is there anything you binge on?

Sweets and any desi ghee preparation.
What do you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
If I have to lose in a rush, I increase workout and go for a daily session of cardio and weight training. To lose, I would be simply off cardio

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Countless, I can’t resist good food.
What is your idea of health?
A strong immune system is my idea of perfect fitness. Good health is not about being too muscular or too lean, one should have a good stamina.
