Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is muesli with milk or eggs,lunch is chicken steak or tandoori chicken with salad,evening snack is tea with egg or chicken sandwich and dinner is the same as lunch.
Whats your exercise routine?
I work on different body parts on different days. Monday and Wednesday,I do chest and shoulder exercises and try to build triceps. Friday,I do the same along with back exercise. Tuesday and Thursday,its cardio.
Whats your favorite food?
Thai chicken curry or butter chicken with rice.
Is there anything you binge on?
Sweets,specially ice cream with strawberries.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in hurry?
For losing,I would cut down on carbs and do a lot of cardio. For gaining,I will stop working out. I have a tendency to gain weight.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Always.
