Tell us about your daily diet.
I begin my day with cornflakes, eggs, bread and milk. That’s a menu I stick to in the mornings. Lunch is a portion of chicken, daal and a roti. Dinner is almost the same, only with fewer carbohydrates.
What’s your exercise routine?
I work out regularly, at least four-five times a week
Is there anything you binge on?
My meal is incomplete without daal. I can even have it with Chinese food.

Italian
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I just need to alter my diet to lose or gain in a rush.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I am generally particular about my diet.
What is your idea of health?
Just eat carefully, work out regularly and stay happy.
