India signs MoUs on scientific cooperation with Germany

    Earlier in the day, Science Minister Kapil Sibal held bilateral discussions with German Minister for Education and Research Annette Schavan. They signed four MoUs for joint projects in areas of medical research, development of clean energy sources, and exchange of scientists.
