  • India wants friendly neighbours and was trying to find an amicable solution to the disputes with Pakistan and China, Defence Minister A K Antony said here on Friday.

“We do not want any confrontation with Pakistan and China and we are trying to find a solution amicably, but problems are still there,” Antony said in a brief interaction with reporters.

Antony, who was here to participate in a Coast Guard investiture ceremony, was replying to queries on cross border militancy in Jammu and Kashmir and border disputes with China.

its nothing newBy: sarma | 08-Apr-2009 Reply | Forward congress knows all of those who helped the 26/11 terorrists. they are waiting for the elections.
Pakistan' 'Usual' Rhetoric..By: Saju Mathew | 08-Apr-2009 Reply | Forward President Asif Ali Sardari' statement that there was significant support to Mumbai attacks from within India itself, is not surprising.. The failure of Indian governments, not alone the current regime, has been their hunger to show the world that their neighbours are always 'Bad guys'. The fact is, this is popular in a Malta cafe shop. It is high time, India should ask their senior citizens to retire from politics and instead promote young 40s people into politics.. for the good of the nation. Otherwise the prediction of looming 'Super-Power' status to India will get into ageing process and somebody else will take that seat.. Remember, do not select Ambanis for those roles..
