The conclusion of free trade agreement (FTA) on services and investments between India and Asean will be formally declared on December 20 when India is scheduled to host a summit to mark 20 years dialogue-level partnership with the 10-bloc nations, commerce and industry minister Anand Sharma said on Tuesday.

Addressing a joint press conference with key Asean countries, Sharma said that the two sides aim to achieve $100 billion trade by the end of 2015.

At present, the trade between India and Association of South East Asian Nations stands at $80 billion.

"We will definitely conclude it and then we are duty bound to report to the heads of states and heads of the governments who shall formally make the declaration on December 20," Sharma said. India is also negotiating market opening pact bilaterally with the members of the block.
