Calling the Tosham gangrape as yet another blot on the Bhupinder Singh Hooda-led government in Haryana, the INLD on Monday stated: "A thing like law and order does not exist in the state. Gangrapes have become a routine affair and the chief minister is doing nothing but issuing statements in the media in an attempt to mislead the people. The chief minister must answer if he thinks that he holds any rights to continue in his post, after such shameful incidents have taken place in the entire state."
