“The builder and labour contractor had implemented safety measures like nets and scaffolding in the initial stages of construction, they had removed them as the construction of the mall was almost over. We have fined the contractor many times for continuing the work at late hours and also notified the BEST about the fires caused due to short circuit,” said Yadav.
