Despite her nervousness, Soha says she enjoyed working with her mother.

Soha Ali Khan, who shared screen with her mother Sharmila Tagore in 'Life Goes On' for the first time, says it was "scary" to work with the veteran actress.

"I was very nervous. It was scary because she is such a formidable actress and she is my mother. She knows every expression on my face and could sense every insincerity in my expression. I think it is a little scary to work with some one who knows you so well," Soha said.

Despite her nervousness, Soha says she enjoyed working with her mother.

"It was also great fun. It is a very special film. And I think the fact that we play mother and daughter adds a lot to the film," says the 'Rang De Basanti' star.

Directed by debutante Sangeeta Datta, the film was screened at the 11th Mumbai Film Festival here.

Set in London, the film revolves around Sanjay (Girish Karnad), his wife (Sharmila Tagore) and three daughters. He faces the shock of his life when his youngest daughter Dia (Soha Ali Khan) falls in love with a Muslim man.
