Shiva Solanki,the nephew of BJP MP from Junagadh Dinu Solanki and prime accused in the murder of RTI activist Amit Jethava,withdrew his bail petition from the Gujarat High Court on Wednesday. Jethava was shot dead in July last year. His father alleged that Dinu was behind the killing. The Ahmedabad city DCB arrested Shiva and termed him the main accused in the case,giving a clean chit to his uncle. Shiva had moved a bail application before a sessions Court,which was rejected. Subsequently,he approached the high court.
