Jharkhand Secy first serving IAS officer convicted in fodder case

    Earlier, former Animal Husbandry Director Ram Raj Ram and former Additional Director K M Prasad were among those convicted in the case. Former IAS officer S N Dubey, then Dumka commissioner, was sentenced to four years imprisonment in another fodder scam offshoot case.
