Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson has demanded that a third autopsy be conducted.

Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson has demanded that a third autopsy be conducted on the singer because he believes that the pop icon died of poisoning.

The Jackson patriarch who has been excluded from his son's will which names his mother, Katherine Jackson and his three young children as the beneficiaries, has angered his family members by demanding a third autopsy, reported Contactmusic.

Joe, who was publicly accused of abuse by the 'Thriller' legend has been attempting to take control of the late star's funeral thereby infuriating the family.

"Jermaine, La Toya and his wife Katherine all told him he had no control over the clan any more. But he does not want to let go," a source close to the family said.

Joe, 81 had earlier said that he suspected foul play in his son's death, a claim which has been ruled out by both the earlier autopsies.

This is not the first time that Joe has angered his family since the death of Jackson of a suspected cardiac arrest.

The late singer's siblings were astounded when Joe used the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards show to promote his new records label rather than remember his late son.

Ow! Calm down, will ya'. By: Venkat | 06-Jul-2009 Reply | Forward Hey! For all intents and purposes Joe Jackson was the guy who mistreated and finally killed MJ. Someone should tell Joe Jackson to shut up and haul him to court.
