Kasab wants a Pak lawyer as court removes Waghmare

    Anjali Waghmare has been barred from defending Kasab, the lone surviving gunman 26/11 attack.

    While striking down Waghmares’s appointment, the court allowed Waghmare’s assistant KP Pawar to continue to represent Kasab. Waghmare had earlier been appointed from a legal aid cell and her residence had been attacked by Shiv Sena activists on the night after her appointment had been declared. Following the attack on her residence Waghmare had also stated that she would withdraw her vakalatnama only to change her mind the next day and state that she would continue to defend Kasab.

Now tell pakistan that we are busy with election that involves crores of money, so you try the kasab in pakistan court and we will even try to provide a good terrorist lawyer to defend him and he may get aquittted in this case. shameless politicians

Since the day, our political parties made religion a big issue, anyone who has acted against our Indian identity has become an influential politician. Those who propagate terror have taken advantage of this factor. About Kasab getting a Pakistani lawyer, it is not possible. All the lawyers there are busy wrecking their own state.
