Baby said a new English version of the social science textbook would be published at the earliest, as the existing version was full of grammatical errors. Meanwhile, the Congress and Indian Union Muslim League have decided to go ahead with the agitation, demanding withdrawal of the textbook.
The Congress political committee, which met here on Thursday, decided to fully back the anti-textbook agitations launched by Youth Congress and Kerala Students’ Union, its youth and student outfits, r espectively.
