MANTRA of Knight Riders ' 09 "HARBO HARBO HARBO RE"..By: Sampurna | 04-May-2009 Reply | Forward There is nothing left to describe about the performance of knight riders '2009..only i can say that because of the age factor Sourav Ganguly was not selected as a captain of KKR....though he was one of the best captain in India....so The same reason is applicable to coach Buchanan also.ONCE UPON A TIME Australia performed well due to YOUNG coach Buchanan....but that time gone.......the reason is that "AGE FACTOR" again..Buchanan is now not able to handle
All the indians have habit to poke their nose on gangulyBy: JOHNSON | 04-May-2009 Reply | Forward HEY ARUN!!!! U should leave Ganguly alone ! Deadwood ?? hmm... nice english...it perfectly suits u! why dnt u see the other members of ur team ? ganguly took a good catch indeed. U r forgetting who have missed the catches in the previous match? Ur captain Macculum what a deadwood he is?? ..HaHa..How many has he scored combining both the seasons? and dnt talk of his captaincy !! he's a failure in both IPL and New Zealand . Money???? ur the biggest deadwood i hv ever met. Ganguly and Tendulkar was about to buy KKR and MI last yr. But due to a member of the Indian team he cant do that. People like u dnt keep information and talk craps outta u mind....
Kings punjab-on their way upBy: Zakir | 04-May-2009 Reply | Forward A good win for kings punjab as they managed to hold their nerves to pull off a last ball win over KKR.This win has put them in the top four and if they can keep up their performance they are well on their way to a place in semi finals. As far as KKR are concerned its about time they packed their bags and left, nothing is going right from them, their performance would rank among the worst in IPL history-am I right King khan!
remove the deadwoodBy: Arun Tulshan | 04-May-2009 Reply | Forward I am not surprised with the performance of the Kolkata Knight Riders since they refuse to discard the deadwood like Ganguly from the team. He can neither bat nor field properly. He moves on the field like a pregnant woman and bats like a zombie. He is solely driven by greed and does not want to leave because he will not be able to earn handsomely if he does so.
KKR approach.By: somak | 03-May-2009 Reply | Forward The Knight Riders have been going through a terrible patch. Their team composition used to be awful a few matches ago, and now, even with an improved team, they are performing this poorly. They need to put about 80 runs on board within the first 10 overs. Sourav should open. After Gayle goes, who will support Sourav and Hodge ? Saha can be promoted. With the terrible Mccullum looking absolute cropper, he can be pushed lower down the order. The batting needs depth. Where is it ?Naturally the bowlers can't fire everyday. They need batting to back them up. In this format of the game batting is the backbone.KKR don't have it, anyway. We need an extra international pacer too. !Time KKR starts shuffling the team.Kick out Buchanan, though. We saw enough of him.
