Kristen Stewart gets BAFTA ‘Rising Star’ nod

Twilight star Kristen Stewart has won a nomination in the ‘Rising Star’ category at BAFTA awards.

Twilight star Kristen Stewart has won a nomination in the ‘Rising Star’ category at BAFTA awards.

The 19-year-old starlet is up for Rising Star gong against actress ‘An Education’ star Carey Mulligan.

Other nominations include Nicholas Hoult for ‘A Single Man’,Jesse Eisenberg for ‘Adventureland’ and French actor Tahar Rahim for ‘A Prophet’,reports the Daily Star.

Previous recipients of the Orange Rising Star prize include The Last King of Scotland actor James McAvoy,Bond girl Eva Green,and Transformers star Shia LaBeouf.

Meanwhile,Stewart said she feels she has become her “Twilight” character Bella Swan.

She feels “protective” of her big screen alter ego because their lives have progressed in a similar way.
