Everest conqueror Krushnaa Patil was felicitated by Maharaja Group of Hotels in Satara on Monday.
Krushnaa is the youngest woman from Maharashtra to have conquered Mount Everest. Krushna was accompanied by her mother Ranjana Patil and grandmother Charulata Patil. Ravindra Chavan, managing director, Maharaja Group handed over a specially-crafted crystal trophy with a lifetime membership of Maharaja Gold Club to her.
A felicitation plaque was also handed over to her mother Ranjana Patil and also to grandmother Charulata Patil on behalf of Satara district.
Krushnaa who was visibly overwhelmed with the reception said that it was one of the most touching moments of her life.
