Well done Sachin
Sachin Tendulkar has achieved one more milestone in his superlative career. He recently received the membership of the Order of Australia. And Australia deserves to be appreciated for choosing Tendulkar for this great honour. With consistency, loyalty and passion, he has not only taken the game of cricket to a higher plane, but has also made an undisputed niche for himself. Another lesson from Tendulkar is that it is passion and hard work that always brings success. The honour accorded by Australia also throws into sharp relief the debate over whether Sachin should be named a Bharat Ratna. There is little doubt that the great man deserves it, but the question is, does he really need it? He's great with or without such honours.
