DandasenaBy: Srikant | 02-Nov-2009Reply | ForwardSir,while the Government of India in recognizing the importance of Health in the process o improving the quality of life of our citizens launch the mission called National Rural Health Mission adopted the process of decentralization and district management of health programmes and communicity participation as its major factors to improve the availability and access of quality health care especially for those residing in rural areas.But the lack of whole-hearted participation right in the source that is of the Health authorities under whose control the responsibility is given reveals only a sorry state of such noble mission.The stepmother attitude of the authorities towards the implementation of various programmes resulting in languishing the project a large minimizing the development as expected.Orissa being one among the 18 high focussed state needs an open mind and open heart participation

The lives of all citizens of India are equally precious and there is no justfication to put their lives in jeopardy.It is equally important to have a rethink and restrict the vote bank considerations to the law abiding citizens and to put down such dastardly terrorist acts with an iron hand.Whosoever perpetrated these acts have no conscience : would they tolerate if their family members are blown to smithrens for whatsoever ideology by anyone? They must respect the law and sensitivities of the land they are living in .
