Literary meet gets under way

Happening two weeks after the Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan,the first Samyak Sahitya Sammelan organised by the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Cultural Festival Committee was inaugurated at Balgandharva Rangmandir on Sunday. This literary meet is going to take place till Tuesday. A Samvidhan Grantha Dindi was taken out from Mahatma Phule statue vial Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to Balgandharv Rangmandir. Marathi writer Deenanath Manohar has been chosen as the president of the Sahitya Sammelan. Other Marathi writers including Dr Bhalchandra Mungekar,Dr Maya Pandit,Dr Raosaheb Kasabe,Dnyanesh Maharao,Jayant Pawar,Dr Anand Teltumbade,Arjun Dangale,Ramnath Chavan,Dr Sharankumar Limbale,Rajan Khan,Mallika Amarsheikh,and others are going to participate in various discussions and seminars.

During the inauguration ceremony,the official website of the committee was also launched at the hands of Dr Gangadhar Pantawane.

A number of book stalls have been put up at the literary meet.
