The scorching Delhi heat virtually left Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone with no make-up but in a pool of sweat on Thursday to which she humbly remarked "summer is tiring".

Deepika, brand ambassador of watch manufacturers Tissots, was in New Delhi to inaugurate a showroom for the international brand and looked uncomfortable as her make-up peeled off with the sweat.

"Am I sweating as much as you guys, the summer is tiring," said the "Om Shanti Om" star to waiting journalists. The 23-year-old actress, who will next be seen in "Love Aaj Kal", said the Imtiaz Ali film was "special" and could be watched with the entire family.

"The film is about love and relationships the way they exist in today's time, and therefore the depiction of intimacy between the couple. But it is a film which you can see with your family and then go discuss it over dinner," Deepika said.

The model-turned-actress also said that reports about a rift between herself and Kareena Kapoor over the role were untrue.

"Imtiaz Ali cast me and he was sure about his choice and I am thankful to be working with a director like him," she said.
