Man arrested for threatening Naroda Patiya witness

A senior member of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) confirmed that Mansuri had given an application to the Witness Cell four days ago,mentioning about Rajput. “Mansuri wrote to the Witness Cell that three men had come on a motorbike and threatened him,asking to stay mum about the case. We had transferred the case to the Naroda police station and the Commissioner of Ahmedabad Police was informed,” said the SIT official.

The official added that the case was then transferred to the Sherkotda police. “Mansuri has been given proper protection but at that time he was not with those personnel.”
