Maoist rebels blow up government buildings

Maoists on Monday blew up a community centre,a government school building and panchayat bhavan at Chakrbanda village in Bihar’s naxal-infested Gaya district. Over 100 ultras stormed the village and triggered dynamite blasts demolishing the three government buildings in the wee hours on Monday,Deputy Inspector General of Police (Magadh Range) A S Nilekar said.

Raids were being carried out at different places in the district to track down the maoist rebels,he said.
