Congress attacked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati for her statements that the Ayodhya issued was being hushed up by the UPA government and an attempt was being made to flare up communal tension by leaking the Liberhan Commission report.

"She was elected as CM for the first time with the help of the BJP, which was responsible for the demolition of Babri Masjid," party spokesperson Jayanthi Natarajan told reporters in New Delhi.

Natarajan added, "She has no moral right to even question it and talk about it. In the very next election (in UP), she shared power with the BJP".

"The Centre has made an attempt to hush up the (Ayodhya) matter in its ATR tabled in Parliament yesterday, which is a condemnable attempt. More so, an attempt had also been made to flare communal tension by leaking Justice Liberhan commission report," she said in Lucknow on Wednesday.

Why bother she is busy building her statues and parksBy: Indian | 25-Nov-2009 Reply | Forward Why bother with a pyramid builder who is fond of building large parks and statues using tax payers money. UPA government should focus on universal education and jobs for people. Then naturally BJP, BSP, RSS all will disappear. Look at Singapore , Malaysia etc ...people are focused on building a career and good life style for their children.
