Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren on Friday termed as "false" media reports claiming slackness in anti-Maoist operations in the state. "It is wrong. We support the Centre's policies (on Maoists)," he told newsmen when asked to comment on reported halting of anti-naxal operations. "We will support and guide the central forces," he said. Maoists should shun violence and opt for talks,he added. The state has opened "channels" for dialogue with Mosists and would involve human rights groups to solve the problem of left wing extremism, home sectreary J B Tubid said in a separate press conference during the day. He,however, did not give any time frame for the holding of the talks.
